Attorney Tracy Troutman Cheek manages the Estate and Trust practice of Billings, Morgan & Boatwright, LLC, located in the city of Winter Park, metro Orlando . Her area of expertise is estate planning.
Ms. Cheek attended Vanderbilt University where she earned her B.A. in Economics and Fine Arts, graduating with honors in 1985. She obtained her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School where she graduated in 1988. While a student at Vanderbilt Law School , Ms. Cheek was elected to Phi Delta Phi, an international legal honorary fraternity and served as Authorities Editor for the Vanderbilt’s Journal of Transnational Law (1987-1988).
Tracy has fulfilled all requirements and is admitted to practice law before State and Federal Courts in Florida . Additionally, The United States Supreme Court granted her admission to practice before it in 1994. Only a select number of attorneys have achieved this distinction.
