Attorney Tracy Troutman Cheek manages the Estate and Trust practice of Billings, Morgan & Boatwright, LLC, located in the city of Winter Park, metro Orlando .  Her areas of expertise include estate planning, trust administration and probate.  She joined the firm in 1996 and is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.

Ms. Cheek attended Vanderbilt University where she earned her B.A. in Economics and Fine Arts, graduating with honors in 1985.  She obtained her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School where she graduated in 1988.  While a student at Vanderbilt Law School , Ms. Cheek was elected to Phi Delta Phi, an international legal honorary fraternity and served as Authorities Editor for the Vanderbilt's Journal of Transnational Law (1987-1988).

Prior to working for the firm, Ms. Cheek represented a variety of clients including the Ford Motor Company and Hyundai North America. She successfully litigated product liability cases for these companies.  Her expertise is a constructive resource to the clients of Billings , Morgan & Boatwright, LLC.

Tracy has fulfilled all requirements and is admitted to practice law before State and Federal Courts in Florida .  Additionally, The United States Supreme Court granted her admission to practice before it in 1994. Only a select number of attorneys have achieved this distinction. She has been a member of the Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association since 1988.  (www.ocbar.org)

Ms. Troutman-Cheek has the unique distinction of being born and raised in the Orlando-Winter Park area. Tracy is married to Trippe Cheek, President and CEO of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A. in Winter Park . They reside in Orlando with their two children and attend St. Michael's Episcopal Church in the College Park neighborhood. Tracy volunteers in her children's school activities, programs and events. For fun, she has been an avid runner for 25 years and enjoys other sports.  Ms. Troutman-Cheek served in Orlando's Junior League for 3 years. Tracy and Trippe support various charitable and civic organizations in the Central Florida community.

Tracy has become a favorite speaker to small groups of employees. She enjoys educating people about wills and trusts and travels directly to the company.
